We're on the lookout for an entry-level Account Payable Coordinator to join our growing team. As our Accounts Payable Coordinator, you’ll be a key team player on our finance team; partnering with the Management, Operations, and most importantly with our vendors to ensure that bills are correctly coded and entered into the system in a timely manner.  In addition to acting in an Accounts Payable capacity, you may be asked to assist co-workers or teams with other duties such as partnering with the office manager in organizing company events or customer service. You’ll bring a can-do attitude and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment where you are treated like a member of the family. You’ll have a strong work ethic and be passionate about providing top-level accounts payable services.

What You Will Get to Do:

  • AP - Entering Bills and Preparing cheques

  • Credit Card Reconciliation

  • Media Spends Reconciliation

  • Entering Employees’ Expense Reports

  • Filing

  • Previous experience in an AP capacity could be an asset

  • Strong work ethic and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment

  • Professional and courteous phone manner

  • Excellent communication skills – written and oral

  • Ability to prioritize workload

  • Detail-oriented

  • Comfortable with technology and web-based programs

  • Someone who is respectful, positive and proactive.
